Mr. Theodore Burikoko Is an experienced land and topographic Surveyor as well as Civil Engineer with 13 years working experience at Esri Rwanda as GIS Expert and Topographic Surveyor. He completed his Bachelor with Distinction in Land Surveying at Ruhengeri Institute of Higher Education. has a degree in Civil Engineering from Kicukiro College, Kigali Rwanda. Already during his studies, he took a keen interest in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). He assisted the National University of Rwanda and later Esri Rwanda in training Rwandan Secondary School Teachers and so many government institutions staff in ArcGIS. He lead and successfully complete so many GIS and Surveying projects in Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Tanzania, RD Congo, Congo Brazzaville and United Arab Emirates. He installed the ArcGIS software in the training labs and in schools all over Rwanda, worked with students to produce maps and to capture data in the field using GPS.
