Responsibilities:
Support the Operations team in reviewing and updating IT Policy
Offer basic IT training and refresher on different IT systems/policies, cyber security, and troubleshooting to staff members.
Provide a Help Desk Service that acts as a central point of contact for all technical support issues. These include issues related to an ICT equipment function, system configuration, consultation, installation, and troubleshooting.
Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
Install and configure new hardware and software
Monitor connectivity and fix issues in case of slow or no connection.
Check and verify the management network is enabled and allows connections.
Check the server anti-virus on a weekly basis to ensure it is updated.
Perform general hardware maintenance i.e. blowing of dust on the equipment etc.

Responsibilities:
To Monitor and update GPS Tracking systems
To install GPS devices in the bikes, GPS device repairing and Maintenance
Tracking bikes (Analysis the history of trackers/Data Analysis)
To Recovery bikes (The Company gives the bikes on loan, so when a customer is not paying on time according to the contract, on that time we need to impound that bike. So, I need to guide the recovery team to the bike and then, they bring the bike back to the company. And each day we use to impound more than 7 bikes).
To Call customers for GPS tracker checkups (When GPS trackers are offline), and I work with them daily and provide technical support to them when required.
Keep a good track of offline cases
Propose to management the best ways to minimize offline cases
To give daily reports regarding the total number of GPS trackers we have; offline and online GPS trackers and I am in charge of tracking more than 2000 bikes.
