I’m a Professional Architect Registered with the Namibia Council of Architects and Quantity Surveyors. I’m a passionate professional with strong management and collaborative skills which facilitate the project success in the building construction industry. I strive towards being a responsible, goal driven Architect, producing buildings which are responsive to the required Typological, Topological and Morphological needs for various projects inclusive of institutional, commercial and residential. I diligently implement a robust, optimised work-flow that allows me to investigate design solutions that will enhance project’s performance. I’m well experienced with the Namibian standards, contracts and frameworks in the execution of projects. I have a strong understanding and vast experience in building construction technology and materials of the building industry which is essential in delivering a pragmatic project. I have experience in administering the following building contracts which are legal in Namibia: JBCC- Principal Building Agreement; White Form- Agreement and Schedule of Conditions of Building Contract; GCC- General Conditions Contract;
