Recruit, mobilize, and maintain a portfolio of farming partners, Prequalify and register interested farmers with my supervisor to expand the farmer portfolio and support company growth. Issue contracts to farmers and inform them of company requirements and activities, help farmers understand the various requirements and expectations for international certifications and compliance. Capture demographic data and daily agricultural activities in the company IT platform using a smartphone. Organize group farmer meetings and trainings. Give technical training and advice to farmers within my portfolio. Meet monthly targets and performance indicators as required,Work closely with the finance department to issue timely and accurate harvest payments and records. Maintain a strict quality control on products being purchased in the field and delivered to the production sites

Participating in the documentation of seed regulation requests/forms/applications/reports and ensuring the provided information is archived in the file registries as well as computer data bases for invoicing and reporting purposes. Undertaking field and factory inspections in assigned zones and factory processing units to ensure seed quality standards are upheld. Undertaking verification and processing of applications for licensing seed sellers to ensure they maintain validity of their registration/licensing status. Sampling seed at the processing units following ISTA procedure and guidelines and ensure the samples and dispatched to relevant seed laboratories for purity, germination and health testing. Sampling seed for post control testing and collecting data following OECD guidelines. Undertaking joint National Performance Trials (NPT) and Distinctness, Uniformity and Stability (DUS) tests of new plant varieties under field conditions before they are officially released.
