THE JUDICIARY OF RWANDA

On July 12 I started Professional internship at the Judiciary of Rwanda(Supreme Court) as part of my course. My internship is based on drafting Precedents from previously rendered supreme courts decisions which will be published on next editions of Rwanda law report. These precedents will help the Judges, Lawyers, Prosecutors, Courts Bailiffs and Society as whole with cases that matches those that have lines published in Rwanda Law Reports and use those precedents as Secondary sources of law.
My task is to read,analyze and drafts the lines from court analysis that interpret the law beyond its limits from previously rendered Supreme Court decisions.
