I work with RwandaEQUIP as an associate with the resolution team. I am assigned a specific number of schools which I communicate with on a daily basis and make sure there are no unresolved issues. We work with pre primary and primary schools where we assist in the smooth running of academics and ensure lessons are taught as we trained the teachers. I report issues I can’t solve on the company CRM where each employee has access and follow up in the resolution of the issues reported to make sure I close them incase they are resolved.
