 Prepare accurate staff benefits/allowances and salaries as well as all related reports on payments for Management analysis, computation, and authorization with key emphasis on optimum cost management for the bank.  Bi-Monthly EXCO Staff resourcing/recruitment update in liaison with the Recruitment Officer’s information.  Quarterly Board Reports;  Supervising payroll preparation and all HR Payments;  Management of Staff Health insurance  Coordinate HR projects to meet Bank’s needs and management expectation;  Administrating the Human Resourcing Management System;  Staff leave management;  Provide business-based support on all transactions that have a people-related impact;  Proposing bank-specific employee relations and welfare plan aligned to the bank’s HR strategy and based on business need  Review and ensure best-fit approach to managing ER & Welfare processes e.g. discipline, grievance, incapacity and operational requirement dismissals, medical insurance, Maternity Leave Management and staff events  Guide and oversee the establishment of relationships with local labor regulators and employer bodies;  Manage and supervise the general administration of the department;  Prepare yearly salary/bonus reviews, statutory returns as well as budgets.  Be the first person for all Human resources suppliers and stakeholders
