I acquired monitoring and system maintenance skills on my On-Job-Training. In this role, I monitored the performance of cell site maintenance (base station) and ensured high performance based on the standards set by the company. I acquired reporting of network data, through the preparation of daily and on-need reports, which were done accurately and submitted to the direct supervisor on time for analysis. During the training, I was also able to relate and understand the application of mobile technology, networking, had sessions on fiber optics, and how to troubleshoot various incidents taught in my studies in the live-work environment.
