I managed a feasibility project in Rwanda and Senegal about introducing electronics devices in vehicles to reduce fuel consumption hence reducing GHG emissions. My responsibilities included:
● Managing and coordinating the operational plans of the different key activities, analyse the plans, identify risks and gaps between the forecasted activities and the progress evaluated.
● Monitoring and evaluation of the achievements of the project indicators; Collect all the information needed and update the information database of the project and calculate the indicators of the projects.
● Guide liaises and supporting consultants working on the follow-up studies activities, part of the monitoring and evaluation plan.
● Lead projects raising awareness in the community about climate change mitigation measures and Adaptations
● Oversaw project development and research in partnership with UNEP, Africa 50, World Bank
