We are looking for a  Chartered Quantity Surveyor. Responsibilities: • Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client. • Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies. • Undertake cost analysis for construction and maintenance project work. • Perform risk, value management and cost control during the different construction phase to ensure construction process is within the budget and cost. • Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks. • Prepare and Lead on procurement strategy.
