  • Research and development - You may be asked to conduct qualitative or quantitative research to help strengthen our understanding of a problem, assess opportunities, and to build relevant interventions. Sample projects include:
    • Assessing the entrepreneurship market in Rwanda and map out opportunities,
    • Understanding farmers' behaviour towards single liability loans.
  • Secondment - You may be asked to take on strategic roles on a temporary basis within the Rwanda program to support key departments during stretched times.

Career Growth and Development

We have a strong culture of constant learning and we invest in developing our people. You'll have weekly check-ins with your manager, access to mentorship and training programs, and regular feedback on your performance. We hold career reviews every six months, and set aside time to discuss your aspirations and career goals.
