Impact 

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer with a strong background in Microsoft frameworks and experience with .NET to join our team! 

The job

You will be responsible for providing technical leadership and direction to a team of developers, as well as hands-on development of complex software systems using .NET.
You are a good communicator, self-driven, structured and pragmatic where needed.

 Responsibilities 

• Work as a senior developer and lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of software applications using the Microsoft framework and .NET
• Be technically responsible for the delivery of projects;
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define and refine project requirements and deliverables
• Mentor and guide team members in technical problem-solving and best practices for .NET development
• Oversee code reviews and ensure that all team members adhere to coding standards and best practices
• Act as a subject matter expert for the Microsoft framework and .NET, and provide technical guidance to team members as needed
• Continuously improve processes and practices to increase team efficiency and productivity

Job requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with the Microsoft Tech stack including Azure DevOps, C# and .NET
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and design patterns
• Experience with agile software development methodologies
• Experience with automation tools it’s a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
