Position : Country Manager - Technology
We are looking for a Country Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Develop Business Strategies: Formulate and implement strategies to achieve business objectives in the country.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and economic conditions to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize the use of resources, including personnel and budget.
- Budgeting: Prepare and manage the country budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Financial Performance: Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Required profile for job ad : Country Manager - Technology
- Experience in IT service management, business development, and team leadership
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of website and app development, software development, and AI
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Fluency in English and French
- Understanding of the IT industry in Rwanda
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
