Position : Corporate Lawyer – Rwanda

Alexandria Trust Corp Ltd , an investment/trust company and seeks to recruit an Corporate Lawyer based at their head office in Kigali

The Role: 

Corporate Lawyer – Rwanda

The Opportunity: 

The candidate will:

  • Be responsible for legal support of the company in Kigali
  • Maintain relationships with local financial regulators – Kigali international financial center - Central bank of Rwanda
  • Provide support on drafting documentation related to the regulation of financial institutions and trust companies
  • Be the key point of contact with government organizations, investment agencies and local law firms

 

Required profile for job ad : Corporate Lawyer – Rwanda

Role Requirements: 

  • A Bachelor degree in law and 3 year’s experience in an national / international law firm
  • Proven banking or fintech experience with a focus on regulatory affairs
  • Extremely organized and deadline driven 
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • High autonomy to manage multiple tasks
  • Fluent English
